coupure intempestive d'internet avec la box

Bonjour , depuis quelques temps ,j'ai des coupures intempestives d'internet .
Cela dure 1 min a peu près a chaque fois .

Voici le journal .Si quelqu'un peut m'aider merci d'avance .

:roll: :roll: Heuuu... Change de canal wifi ! Tu dois avoir quelqu'un ou quelque chose proche de toi qui perturbe le canal 11. Passe en 1, 6 ou 13.

Edit : Tu n'as pas installé dernièrement un appareil bluetooth ou DECT fonctionnant dans la bande des 2,4GHz à proximité de ta LaBox ?

Salut!

Heu... Attendez une seconde: Ce n'est pas le canal n°11 qu'il faut changer. Ce qu'il faut changer, c'est l'utilisation inadéquate du wifi en bande large (300 Mbits/s). Et donc revenir au canal étroit de 144 Mbits/s, comme par défaut. C'est le seul et unique réglage valable, dans 99% des cas.

Le wifi en 2,4 GHz est limité à 3 canaux étroits possible: Le n°1, le n°6, ou le n°11. Aucun canal large n'est possible en présence de voisins. Donc partout, sauf dans la campagne profonde, ou au 7ème sous-sol d'un parking souterrain...

Je suis passé sur le canal 6 . Je n'ai pas eu de coupure cet après midi . Sinon je reviendrai au 144 mbits/s . Par contre avec le 144 mbits , je passe de 75 mega à 30 mega au niveau du debit .
