Bonjour tout le monde,

Depuis ce week-end, lorsque je me connecte sur le site de Numéricable, j'obtiens ceci au début de la page:

Pas très joli, mais bon, on va dire que c'est pas gênant. par contre quand je clique sur "Mon compte" pour mettre mes identifiants, je n'ai que ce qui suit:

Donc, pas moyen de voir quoi que soit, quotas, factures (d'ailleurs toutes mes factures du temps d'Estvideo ont bien sûr disparu).....

Suis-je seul dans ce cas? Ou y a-t-il un réglage à faire (sur tous les PCs que j'ai essayés) ?

Bon, ben je comprends pas alors. Si la base sql est cassée, c'est pour tout le monde en principe. Et personne d'autre n'a de soucis que Xeno et moi?

Un petit nettoyage du cache de ton browser serait peut être utile.

Peut-être est-ce le meme probleme que pour moi :

à savoir que j'essayais de me connecter comme depuis long sur http://client.numericable.fr/ alors que l'adresse est maintenant https://moncompte.numericable.fr/

Sur l'adresse en "client" ,c'est effectivement le festival de l'erreur php/MySQL - Sur celle en "moncompte", tout roule.

(penser aussi à effacer tous les cookies Numericable qui traine dans le fin fond du browser)
