Bonjour,

J'ai eu un pb qui me semble identique au tien. Le service support avait diagnostiqué une diminution anormale de signal. Un technicien s'est déplacé et a remplacé (gratuitement) ma prise murale d'arrivée coaxiale pour mettre une prise vissante.

Mon installation n'a pas changé en 1 an , je ne comprends pas pourquoi j'aurais besoin d'une prise numericable aujourd'hui.
