Cable Modem (CM) Status
Model Name
The model name of your cable modem.
System Description
The full system description for your modem, including hardware revision, firmware revision and the date and time the firmware was created.
Modem Status
The current status of your cable modem. Under normal operations, it should read "Operational".
Modem Uptime
Time elapsed since the last reboot of the cable modem.
Link Status
Indicates a successful connection between CPE and the cable modem. The link is defined as UP if there is CPE connected to either the Ethernet port, or if applicable, the USB port.
Upstream/Downstream RF Signal Level
The Radio Frequency Signal Levels are displayed for upstream and downstream traffic. Downstream (receive) should be -15 dBmV to +15 dBmV. Below -20 dBmv or over +20 dBmV is an error state. The range +/- 15-20 dBmV is a warning state. Upstream (transmit) levels are between the range of +8 dBmV to 58 dBmV for QPSK modulation and +8 dBmV to 55 dBmV for 16 QAM modulation, in 1 dB steps.
DOXLock Status
When DOXLock is enabled, all traffic entering the modem through the CATV port will be blocked.
Addresses
Cable modem MAC (Media Access Control) Address
The MAC address of the cable modem (this is the same as the Ethernet MAC address). On a hardware level, the modem is identified by this unique ID. This is the address that should be authorized for the cable modem by your service provider.
USB MAC Address
The MAC address of the USB interface in the modem.
Modem Serial Number
The serial number of the modem.
DHCP Lease Time
The lease duration for the modem's IP address; the length of time which the modem's IP address assignment is valid. The modem will request renewal of the IP address prior to lease expiration.
Max CPE (Customer Premise Equipment)
Maximum Number of CPEs that are authorized to connect to the cable modem.

A+
